Dr. Chris Tomshack
Dr. Chris Tomshack is the founder and CEO of HealthSource. He is defined by his relentless desire to discover better ways to help patients and to advance the chiropractic profession. Tomshack is constantly researching the effectiveness of new treatment methods, devices and products to improve the healing process for patients. His four decades of running a very successful chiropractic business makes him a great advisor to franchisees.
Chief Financial Officer
Kristen Wallace spearheads the financial strategy at HealthSource. With a background in corporate financing and financial reporting systems, Wallace is able to manage daily accounting activity while setting a course for long-term growth. She has served as a valued financial advisor at HealthSource since 2012.
Vice President of Marketing
Kieran McCauley, Vice President of Marketing at HealthSource, has a reputation for creating bold advertising campaigns. During his more than 25-year career he has worked for a long list of consumer and Fortune 500 brands, including BP, Hotels.com, Sherwin-Williams, vitaminwater and Volvo. He also has strong franchise experience, setting the creative direction for Bruegger’s, Fazoli’s and Marco’s Pizza.
Director of Development
Amy DeFilippo wears many hats at HealthSource. Along with managing the organization’s annual franchise convention, ChiroCon, she educates prospective franchisees on systems and programs offered by HealthSource and coordinates with existing franchisees to grow their business through various sales-generating initiatives. Amy has been with HealthSource since it’s founding in 2006.
Director of Administrative Training
Anne Winters is responsible for developing and leading the HealthSource training strategy — a role she embraces with enthusiasm. She has more than 30 years of experience in assessing, designing and facilitating training within the manufacturing , transportation, retail and healthcare industries. Anne is a certified facilitator for Blanchard Company’s Situational Leadership, the Covey Leadership, Seven Habits of Highly Successful People, and Core Strength’s training programs.
Franchise Sales Manager
Allison is a people person, interested in knowing more about an individual’s passions and goals. She also possesses a strong attention to detail and is really good at bringing people together to discuss how to turn dreams into reality. These attributes make her the perfect person to work with prospective franchisees.
Patty starts her checklist for getting new franchisees into HealthSource the day after they sign on. The list includes everything from permitting and construction, system integration and training, exterior and interior signage and grand opening planning. To accomplish this, Patty brings in HealthSource teams and vendor partners to make sure everything gets done on-time.
Director of Field Marketing
Steve Szucs is the numbers guy — numbers in relation to how many leads were generated by ads and different clinic activities, and how these leads impacted the clinic’s bottom line. With these stats in hand, Steve advises clinics on creating annual marketing plans to generate strong results. He also introduces clinics to selling programs to drive additional revenue.
Lauryn is the gatekeeper to getting marketing programs customized for franchisees. This includes collateral material, promotional campaigns and exterior and interior signage. She also loops in others within the marketing team to coordinate advertising buys, digital and social media content and the implementation of selling programs.
Digital/Social Media Manager
James Racicot, who is 6 ft 7 inches tall, is known as the gentle giant, in part because of his soft demeanor when teaching franchisees how to use HealthSource’s social media dashboard and email marketing tools. James also advises clinics on how to improve their SEO rankings and analyzes digital and social media buying to optimize returns for each clinic.
Wayne is a wordsmith, with the ultimate command of the English language. This allows him to develop training programs for clinics that people can easily comprehend. And when words alone are not enough, Wayne produces videos to let images do the explanation.
